Review on 🔦 Esimen LED IR Illuminator: Enhancing Oculus Quest 2 Tracking with Infrared Flood Light by Manni Diaz

I know a lot of people probably get this so they can play in the dark (and it worked great for me when I tested it), but mainly I need it to increasing the light in my room during the day, which was never enough to keep track of the Oculus Quest 2. I removed the plastic cover from this mount and covered the light sensor with a small piece of aluminum foil, then replaced the plastic cover and installed the flashlight high up on the wall behind me, facing the middle of the floor. I then plugged it into a switch I keep on my desk and only turn it on when I want to play VR. Closing the light sensor means it's always on, so I needed an on/off switch to control the switch. Works perfectly! No more missed hits or floating controllers due to poor tracking. Good product!
