Overall too strong for my small aquarium - photos of a small aquarium are misleading. However, the price is great and it would be perfect for a large aquarium or small pond. I wasn't aware of any Revain-supported videos, so I took photos instead. The bucket has a larger (tall) head than my aquarium (which is indoors) and I tested it outdoors first as a precaution. If I had poured it into my tank it would have spilled inside. It would be nice to have a means of adjusting/reducing the flow rate and it would be nice if they included a 1/4 inch nozzle. Then I was the keeper of this mighty little pump. Revain gave me my money back so I'm not deducting a star. This is a great little pump but descriptions/specs need to be more accurate/detailed and less misleading. In the end I settled on the Aqua Dream DB6 which has both. Advantages: - The pump is really very quiet - The pump is more powerful than advertised. With an estimated maximum head of 5.9 feet, this is much closer to 400 gallons per hour (5.2 feet?) than the claimed 265 gallons per hour. Cons: -- This pump is too powerful for a small/medium aquarium -- the flow rate is not adjustable -- comes with medium/large nozzle sizes (1/2" [13mm] and 5/8" [16mm] delivered). in mm are inaccurate I measured 12mm and 15mm but my problem is that the kit doesn't come with a nozzle/adapter for small hoses - this isn't a low profile pump so not really the pump you want your tank with its suction pumps.
