I wanted a convenient size bag to keep in the car for spontaneous detours. There are days that I just want to stop for a few minutes and enjoy the sun, the water, or the view. I do have a much larger beach bag that we use for long days when we lug pretty much everything we own to the lake.But this bag is going to be my best friend, spring, summer, and probably fall. It's sturdy and waterproof, and has a zipper pocket to keep small items, like keys or phone, from getting lost. It also comes with a matching towel, and I packed sunscreen, a hat, and an extra suit. There is room for more, but that's all I need for a quick stop, so now I'm good to go.
