The product did not cause delight, but you can use it.
Got this laptop for both business and study. This equipment is currently out of service. Memory for the video card is 2GB. Windows 10 consumes an additional 1.5 GB, leaving you to wonder what you could do with an extra 500 MB. A second die can be sent to you without question. BUT! Inadequate execution immediately nullifies the warranty. I regret having spent money on this item. HP has always impressed me as a competent industry leader. Unfortunately, though, good businesses always seem to go bad in time. And because of your company's dishonesty, I can no longer be loyal to you.
- Samsung's 4 GB 3200 DDR4 NAND flash storage and reading/writing speeds are fast enough. Memory upgrades are an option.
- Plastic's performance falls short. Weak and easily broken clasp. Whoever thought to glue the legs together and then hide the bolts underneath them so they stretch like chewing gum and can't be placed back in place later was not very bright. Because of how difficult the update is. Inadequate cooling system design. Saddeningly, a 15w percent load can raise temperatures to 80 degrees Fahrenheit (not frightening, but a very poor application of the system).
