I've tried using it but it's the size of your light board and I find it difficult to paint on it when I have to flip it up because my diamond painting is much larger as a stand, so it's hard to place it. I think it will work better when resting at a slight angle on a table or whatever you are using. Haven't tried it yet, just not used to using it. I use a magnifying glass with a built-in light to turn around and get a better look. I wish it was higher and wider for diamond painting.
