The ability to be able to view all data through one application makes our job much easier than having multiple applications open at once! This allows us to have more clients or customers with less time spent searching files when needed. It would also help if there were some type of "report" function where we can easily make charts showing trends over certain dates/periods etc., which could save hours upon hour's worth of research each month by looking up previous months' reports only minutes before they are due (which usually ends up being weeks later). We use this software daily as part of my work duties so I don’t personally find any issues yet; however other users who do not regularly access their file may run across an issue occasionally such as needing to re-open documents after saving them via different programs like Microsoft Word & Excel.
