Seems flimsy, doesn't clean well and doesn't bend well.

Maybe because it's new and I need to break it in. But it just doesn't flex and you have to push it really deep into the sides of the bowl to clean it. The handle is not long enough that you feel your face is very close to the bowl. It also doesn't have a draining board, so you'll need to make sure it dries out before you put it away.
