I gave 3 stars because the service was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! The product itself is a 50/50 shot and depends on your horse's tolerance of the natural oils in this spray! My boy couldn't take it, the skin was suppurating and flaking after a week of use! So I diluted it to almost 8wtr-1sol and although it didn't go that fast, after 3 days of spraying it festered and peeled back and felt very tender! seems to work for some and not for others. It may be a natural product, but something about it doesn't work for EVERY horse! We used the Ultra Shield fly spray and it worked great but I wanted to use something more natural and less expensive because our boy really doesn't have any major bug problems and I didn't think he had sensitive skin to this day! However, the customer service was great, I received a refund check a week later with an amazing handwritten note! Thanks for that. Just like humans, some horses are allergic to things, even natural ones. So test a small area for a few days before using it everywhere!
