Fits but tight. You will need a clamp to attach the downpipe to the pipe that connects to the catalytic converter. I go about a month, no complaints. This makes the exhaust sound louder and deeper. Above 3000 rpm pulls better/harder. Installed on a 1999,127,000 5 speed truck. So far worth the money compared to the factory shredder.
