This type is easy to pull out.
This style of knurling on these knurled thread inserts is really for injection molding, not for insertion into 3D parts. It has about half the pull out strength of the best designs. One of the best ways to improve this is to hold the soldering iron a little longer to allow the substrate to fall a little more into the center channel. Not bad for the price. I just wish the knurling was a little better.
