The connector on a strip is broken causing a light strip to not work. I ordered this set 7 months ago but still haven't had time to open or put it in because we are redecorating my granddaughter's room. I can't return them because the return period has expired. I had to check them upon receipt. A strip that works looks good. I'm sure it would be a great set if everything worked. The buttons on the remote control are difficult to understand as some of them do nothing following very vague instructions. Brightness levels are good. Regarding the defective product: I tried calling the company number given on the note inside the box, but that number is no longer working. I had to find her on Facebook and call this number. Nobody was available to help me but was supposed to take my call. I'm still waiting. I will not be buying any more product or anything from this company and I do not recommend this product to anyone.
