This product ticks all the boxes. This made my homemade tortillas perfect for cooking. I'm on a low carb program and made the dough with almond flour. The tortillas came out the perfect size and thickness. One thing that should have been mentioned was that you should place the tortillas between the parchment paper with the shiny side next to the tortillas. We didn't notice this and it was difficult to remove the cakes from the paper where it was dull. We'll remember that next time. Also, the process of making the cake was very quick.
