Got this for an unusual purpose
I had breast surgery and needed a compression bra. BUT everything I could find didn't fit. I bought sponges, cut one in half and placed it under my bra's side ties. It worked great. This kept the liquid from pooling, so that was the right pressure. Necessity is the mother of invention! As for the other two sponges in this set? They are excellent as sponges.
