Size XXL fits tall men up to 40 inches. I'm 6'1" and 238 pounds with a 38-39 waist and they are only *slightly* baggy on me. They appear to be well made and certainly didn't skimp on the size of the suede rug sewn in. It is It's like you're sitting on one of those old-fashioned round donuts.
