I’m 6’1” and 235lbs. I bought the XXL because I was worried about it being too tight around the waistline. I normally wear XL but wanted something I could potentially later with. It is BIG. I would order true to your normal size. I should have gotten the XL. That said, even baggy, it doesn’t appear “huge” on me. But it could be a lil more slimming. Stick with your normal size and you should still have a moderate amount of space. Seems that already factored in the outer ware size to their chart. So even in your size it will work as a layer.
