Review on ☕ Nespresso Vertuo Coffee and Espresso Maker by De'Longhi: Silver with Aeroccino Milk Frother - Unleash Rich Coffee and Perfectly Frothed Milk! by Covey Palmer

My husband mentioned how much he likes his morning Nespresso coffee at work so we decided to buy some to take home. We received our Nespresso Vertuo on Thursday and were sad that it had a broken water valve. (The plastic was completely cracked and leaking all over our counter.) We contacted Revain straight away and they sent us a replacement machine 2 days later. Now that we opened the replacement car, we noticed a small scratch near the water valve. (See photos) We have tested the tank and found no water leaks at this point. We will do a test to see if it's a real crack or if it's just a superficial scratch. I will update this review later and advise if this is indeed a cracked area. Either way. It's confusing to deal with before you even start using the machine. -_-Not sure if this is a manufacturer issue, but it is VERY ADORABLE to spend over $120 for a machine (plus another $100 for modules) that does this. Today I did a little research on the internet and saw many posts with similar problems with leaks in the Vertuo line. Serious?!
