Overall, I'm pleased with the purchase; I switch between a manual toothbrush (with a soft shield) and an electric one (which I use at night), and I also got a children's nozzle (for my 3-and-a-half-year-old) because he enjoys using it to brush his teeth (we clean the usual brush regularly, and this one 3-4 times a week) The benefits of using this brush include excellent cleaning, reduced plaque buildup, and shiny, clean teeth. It is also excellent at preventing the formation of tartar. Disadvantages: My gums are really sensitive, so I can only use it once a day. That happens, and I wouldn't say it hurts too much.
