Don't waste your time.

Received this item quickly and tested it with several genuine bills, right out of the box. For each one ten tries with the bill facing the right way around, resulted in 7-8 fails and 2-3 passes. If it was jut one bill, ok, but this was one by one, a stack of bills of vaious denominations and conditions ranging from worn to brand new. The unit seems to just give random readings. I am getting a refund, but what a waste of my time. Save yourself the frustration and find a different item.

We bought three of these for our place of business. We are only open 3 days a week, after two months, one of the three machines stopped working. We hadnt gotten much use out of it. The company repaired the product for free, but I think it broke way too quickly. Also, sometimes the machines will "fail" a bill 5 times in a row and then "pass" it. They definitley arent consistent. These are better than nothing but not great.
