Nice vest at an affordable price

EDIT: 11-2014 Having used it on an overseas trip to South East Asia I can say I am very happy with it and I would have no hesitation in buying it again . The zippers are a little less durable than I would like, but they hold up well and don't come loose or stick. The pockets have an elastic at the top that keeps things from falling out of the pockets even when the pocket flap isn't closed and has been a lifesaver on several occasions (it saved me from losing my wallet and a few other large items). The bags contained everything I had with me: sunglasses, 2 cameras, wallet, passport, lighter, cigarettes, sports bands, cell phone, spare batteries, pen and notepad, mini flashlight, breath spray, mini tripod, my MP3 player and headphones, etc ., etc. The vest is light, but still quite durable; Not a single seam has come undone, not torn, everything is holding up very well. All in all a great vest and street jacket. --------------------- 9 Sep 2014 Just received today and overall ok. Height 5'8" (172 cm), weight 190 pounds (86 kg) and the vest is only *slightly* smaller than would be ideal. Perhaps as you shed a few pounds the fit will improve. :) decently made and sensible designed. Most of the pockets are in convenient places and the Velcro straps are large enough to keep the pockets securely closed. I would like to have an extra pocket or two inside, but overall the vest looks like "Very useful on my upcoming trip to." Southeast Asia, I have *lots* of things with me (camera, phone, mp3 player, keys, wallet, passport and etc etc etc) and everything seems to fit neatly in the pockets, the zippers could be heavier but they seem ok to be as long as they are not abused. The vest is fairly light so I'm not sure how well it will hold up to constant use (it's not a heavy piece of equipment. ), but in hotter climates light weight is v on advantage. The fleece hook and eye patch across the left chest means this item is intended as a fishing vest, but I'm sure it will do well for regular travel as well. (The cotton patch attaches with Velcro and is easy to remove.) Overall, this seems like a good deal for the money ($35).
