We've been in the video surveillance market for a while. I needed something that would transmit video over a wireless channel as I don't like running wires through the attic. Only one 110 volt socket per camera is required for the power supply. One of the cameras was a little problematic as the video image on my monitor (which is not included) was inverted. I emailed Safevant and was pleased when Melody called customer service that evening. She understood the issue and spent time asking questions about setup and other issues. She asked me to email a photo of what I saw. However, the next morning I received an email from her asking me to try the editing process on this camera. Her instructions were very clear and easy to follow. This solved the problem in just a few minutes. I received an additional email asking if there were any other issues. The cameras in this system are very clear both during the day and at night. The system is easy to operate. I would recommend a small video monitor with an HDMI input as the system has an HDMI video output and a cable that comes with it. Great product and product support.
