These are PERFECTLY comfortable socks. I keep stealing them from my husband to carry around the house. So cozy and he loves her in his work boots. I hope they never stop making these socks! Below extremely thick and soft. Ideal for people with neuropathy or those who just love feeling like they're walking on air. The only problem is that after a few years of washing they tend to lose their elasticity in the ankle area, going from almost too tight to too loose to even stand up. I don't think this is a manufacturer issue, but the issue is that the gum is exposed to bleach and high drying temperatures. For this reason I usually buy black but my husband insists on white.
