Ok let me start by saying that the customer service was beyond what I expected. Starting with that. I would say I ordered the dress because I fell in love with how it looked it was perfect for my anniversary. I originally ordered a size 10 because I usually wear 8 and 10 size. However, there was a misunderstanding and I received the wrong dress style on the size 10. I reached out to the seller and they refunded me after a Few days and clearing a confusion with ebay. I decided to reorder the dress but this time I ordered a size 8 the size 8 was too small at the hips yet it fit just right at the chest and upper body. Susanna gladly replaced the dress after I returned the size 8. After knowing where the issue was I asked her to send me a size 12 because body wise everything else was fine. Unfortunately, the size 12 I received was broken at the zipper .it would not open to go down so I couldn't really try it on I had to trust my educated guess that the 12 was the right size.at that point I wanted to cry. I did not think I was going to have the dress on time. Yet Susana shipped the new dress right away to replace the broken and it arrived on time ( and yes 12 wAs the right size) . Now let me talk about the dress itself .it is sheer at the top but I already knew that so I ordered a body suit in white from mangopop another ebay seller that complemented this dress shape and the outcome is exactly what I thought once the dress arrived and I tried it on with it. it seamed like it was all one piece . Now size wise I usually am 8 or 10 yet this dress can be tricky am small chested yet I have big hips. The size 12 fit like a glove. my 34b top and my big 41.5 hips (this is just an estimate) because the 41 hips would had been too small on the size 8. I weight about 160 to 165 lbs and I say about depending on the time of the month and fluid retention. So even if I lose water weight the size that matters to big hips and small chest women like me on this particular dress is the hips. There is not much support at the breast but I already knew that as well but it did not affect me either since am small chested. The dress is beautiful . I will update with pics once we do the anniversary. I know that things happen sometimes out of our control and am thankful for their effort to make it right.
