We use it as an onboarding tool for our customers. It is very easy to use and has a great user interface. The best thing about it is its ability to import data from other applications as well. Also, there are many other features available in this software that we will be using in future also. The only thing I can say about it is that some features are not available in other platforms like MS Excel. For example, you cannot edit the data manually in such cases. If you want to have a centralized platform where your clients can fill their own data then this is the right product for you. It is one of the best master data management products out there. We are using it for customer data collection and maintenance.
