Although this machine is relatively cheap, it can only make buttons. Its dimensions are given in millimeters and differ slightly from American machines. Hard to find buttons for mm machines. And when you do, it's just buttons. American machines have many other things you can make with the same machine like magnets, ponytail holders, mirrors, bottle openers, and the list goes on. The knobs you find for mm machines are plastic and not as good as metal backs. They were disassembled but were fairly easy to put back together. If I had known all this, I would not have bought it. I would save my money and buy an American car with more versatility. I wish I could go back, but I had already assembled and used it - and then found I was stuck with just 37mm buttons and nothing else. I would not use this press to resell buttons. If something breaks on it, you have no way to ask for help. I suppose if you just want to make some buttons for yourself and that's it, find someone who makes good quality buttons.
