I chose this product because Danskin is usually a high quality product and it was the only product I could find in cobalt as my daughter loves the color blue. I ordered a small, according to my daughter's measurements according to the size chart. She is very petite for her age and normally wears a size 6 and according to sizing guidelines she should fit decent. When I received it I knew it would be too small but I let my daughter try it on. It was so tight that it pulled at her crotch. She said she loved it anyway so I washed it so she could wear it to the dance the next night. After the dance, she complained that it was very crowded and that she had red marks on her thighs from where the bathing suit had dug into her skin. The material is decent and it's made decently, it's just too small and they really need to adjust their sizing guidelines. If you want to order this item, please measure your child and then order one size larger. I have never received a shipping receipt for this product so returning it would be a nightmare. At least her little sister will be able to wear it when she's a little older, so my $$ wasn't wasted.
