Excellent customer service after initial purchase
There was a problem with the yellow cartridge which was not recognized by the printer. It has been a few months since the original purchase (needed a black one at the time). I contacted the SmartJet dealer and after troubleshooting, agreed that the cartridge was faulty. They sent us a brand new replacement set, not just the yellow one. Excellent customer service after the first purchase.
