This is my 5th shoe in the Mizuno Wave Inspire series and they have all been good. I have a significant hyperpronator (flat feet) but am light: male, around 5-8 and 130 pounds. We've tried motion control shoes in the past, but they work fine even over long distances, plus they're lighter and more comfortable. With any running shoe, fit is important. The Mizuno Wave Inspire fit my foot perfectly: they are relatively narrow and close to the heel, so the shoe doesn't slip off the foot. Suitable for all surfaces from concrete to dirt, as well as a durable product. If the shoe suits you, I recommend it.
