False advertising in personal care
According to the description it should be fresh (gel) but it is actually dry (white stripe). The first time I thought it was just mislabeling and that was ok. The replacement was exactly the same. Normally I would just trade but I'm allergic to the dry version so I'm very unhappy that my time was wasted on false advertising.
