They are bright and ready to go in most cases. You will likely need to bend the pins back to make full contact with your car's wiring harness as the plastic connector is small enough to make full contact without pressing the connection. They also have a universal rubber mount. for the back of the case as opposed to the plastic mount. I hope there aren't any issues with moisture getting into the cases, but we'll see. Overall they are good for the price and much easier to use than installing LEDs and resistors properly. I might end up buying another set for my other car if they work.
