Simple, Effective, Inexpensive

Ideal for attaching an iPad to a kitchen cabinet to view recipes while cooking. Ease of installation. It comes with two mounts and a 3M Command Strip version. The installation takes about 5 minutes. They wait a lot for the glue to set and recommend hanging two 5lb plastic bags over the staples overnight before using. I understand they are self protecting but I found the braces fully bonded in about 30 minutes. I put on wood so it may take a little longer for another surface. A mounting tip: Make sure you measure with the device in its case if you intend to leave it in its case while using the mount. Also, don't look for a too tight fit. After using it for a few months I replaced my iPad with a newer version that was smaller so I had to remove and replace the brackets. With command strips it was easy. Just be sure to keep the extras that come with it.

Pros
  • INSTALLATION: They come with standard 3M command rails not designed for use in high temperature or high humidity areas (e.g. bathrooms). 3M produces special water- and heat-resistant adhesive tapes for this purpose. Also, all command strips don't work well on textured surfaces and some wallpapers. We strongly recommend that you complete our strength test. Command bars cannot be reused after they have been deleted.
