The first off cover is worthy. It fits well, looks good, feels good and should offer at least some protection if I drop it. The face shield part is also nice and comfortable. Joystick cases are beautiful and tough. The reason I chose this set over the front cover only protective case was that I thought it would be nice to protect both the controllers and the headset. Those controller cases were useless. My accuracy suffered on Beat Saber and other fast-paced games when I had them - the controllers were less responsive than they were without them. I've tried reinstalling covers many times before giving up. I really appreciated how nice the capped grips are, but it wasn't worth the loss in responsiveness. They might be fine if you're just playing games like puzzles or maybe chatting with people - something where speed and accuracy aren't a factor. , but for shooters or something faster you might want to skip it. Instead, you can get just the front cover for around $15.
