My original post was an expression of concern that the product is not new because it was not boxed. The company contacted me. At first they seemed rude, but I forgave them. lol. As for the product. It turns out. I just have sensitive skin. Know that your body is everything. I bought them for hair loss and shaving. They should be an upgrade from my peanuts. Spring. i am a lap dog That's not what they're meant for. They are specially designed for edges and a clean line. I've cut the front of my hair and also shaved my beard and neck and these things are super sharp! I mean the remaining cuts and scars. spicy. Booo again. I have sensitive skin so that's my fault and not the product. I chose to keep them rather than return them for two reasons. First, I read somewhere that the blade settles down after a few uses. and 2, although i feel pain the first day or two after shaving, i love the closeness i get. Here's the cool part. I don't run the razor over my face because I get bumps. These clippers give me that intimacy and I get a few bumps, but not the same as I get from a razor. I also get cuts and flaky skin, but that's a much longer story. Summary. Buy them if you need an edge or if you are a hairstylist and want clean lines. Buy them if you don't mind a little shaving pain. Buy them because the price is right as they would be the same as if I bought new peanuts. That's all.
