The system is very intuitive and user-friendly, and it's easy for anyone to learn how to use. All of our employees can access and view their employee files from any device, as well as check the status of claims, submit claims, and approve or deny them. I also like that there are multiple different ways to communicate with my team members (email, phone calls, etc.). There are some minor glitches here and there, but for the most part it works really well. It has allowed us to be more efficient in our day-to-day tasks, and keep our records up to date. Our benefits department can now process and track all of our insurance claims at once, instead of having to go through several different steps to get them done. I like that it is easy to navigate through the program. It has made my job easier since it makes tracking everything so much more organized. There are some things I would like to see changed, but I am sure they will be implemented soon. Nothing really stands out as a dislike. Overall, it is very helpful in keeping track of all of our enrollment information. Since we are a small agency, this has helped us make sure we stay organized.
