First off, I don't usually write negative reviews. I really like the concept of these surge protectors, I ordered 1 Mega model for LG 30cc fridge. ft and 6 WS-36300 up to 27 cu. Feet for small fridges, freezers and TVs. The WS-36300 I've had for a few weeks works great, the WS-3264 Mega wasn't so lucky. I installed it on the evening of May 30, 2020, it worked as advertised. I got home yesterday, the fridge was off and the red and yellow lights on the protector were on. All WS-36300 were fine. Mega turned off to reset, everything worked fine. This morning (3.6.20), same problem, red and amber lights on, fridge not working, removed. Then I try to contact the seller to find out what it all means, there is no info in the instructions. After getting a response from them on 6/3/20, they said the Mega Protector was defective and they are sending a replacement along with a double pack of WS-36300 for my inconvenience.
