UPDATE The seller contacted me and sent me a bigger skirt! Excellent customer service and I would give 5 stars for that. The elastic waistband is still uncomfortable although it fits, hence four stars for the skirt. The material is soft and flowy, which I like. It's a bit see-through, so it needs to slide. This skirt is good but it's too small. Annoying. If I hadn't missed the return deadline I would definitely have sent it back.
