I have purchased four Kong collars in the last year and a half. Collar holds up well, reflective material is excellent. Unfortunately, the place where you place the most important information on the D-Token looks like a ribbon. They break after about 4-6 months. The small ring indicated as a pendant does not fit where the leash is attached. I wouldn't recommend buying them unless you plan on replacing them every six months or you don't want your dog to run the risk of getting lost and unidentified.
