I love this padded dog crate. It's pretty intuitive to set up and take down. Now that I know what I'm doing, it all takes a minute. Note that you don't have to over-tighten when connecting the two support rods at the top. I overdid it the first time and ended up needing a wrench to loosen it. The material is like a heavy-duty canvas, surprisingly strong, and the zippers feel pretty solid. So far our dog has not gnawed or scratched the exit like other soft walled cages. Curtained windows/doors allow him to see out and me in while still giving him some cover. It's more than I expected. This is probably my fault as I focused more on the "Medium" description than the actual measurements. I wanted something big enough to hold his pillow, food and water and it works really great. It folds relatively flat for storage, with side buckles to keep it folded. It is sturdy yet light enough to carry with a shoulder strap. We will definitely use this box for holidays and weekend trips to the lake house.
