I wear an 11.5 EEE, 240 lbs, 6'1". I went up a size up to 12 and they fit just right. Many running shoes are in 2E and 4E available. I'm having a hard time finding the right one. Resizing doesn't always work. In this case it worked. I used to buy huaraches from Xero, I like the Genesis the best. They also have a lot of miles. I just got these Bought HFS shoes. On the day they arrived I ran five miles in the rain, the shoes stayed pretty dry to the end (the puddle got me. It was 40 degrees and it was raining. The shoes stayed comfortable. The grip on the pavement was good. Wet or dry they were great from the start. With or without an insole they fit me perfectly. I was able to walk in them in the snow the same day. Mind you I do not recommend it although I have had no problems I used one Floor, which I got wet from head to toe like every other boot on six inches of snow. I used them for a fairly technical nature trail. No problems at all. Just glad the volume is perfect at 12 (45 for Europe) on my wife's 11.5ft. They are ready to use and arrived in a flash.
