I've been using the product intermittently for almost a year. However, I have found that every time I use a konjac sponge again, my face loves me more. I get lots of compliments. People comment on how radiant and younger I look. My sister asked me yesterday if I had a secret facelift. Also, I see a difference in the texture and appearance of my face. My first use of this product almost made me throw out the whole box. I followed the directions for the first use but my god the charcoal smell is strong. I smelled like charcoal 3xdays. I wanted to see how long the scent lasted but gave up after 3 days and had to use a facial cleanser and mint scrub. A few weeks later I tried again, but washed the charcoal sponge several times with a facial cleanser before using it. It worked, I never smell like charcoal again. I only smell charcoal when I put a sponge on my face after using a facial cleanser.
