The installation instructions for this product emphasize the importance of using your template to cut a hole in the wall. So I dutifully cut it out and used it to cut a hole in the wall. Then I noticed that the hole was too big for the device. As it turns out, they attached instructions for a two-button device to a one-piece device. So now I have a gaping hole in my wallpaper that can't be patched. Very disappointed that they didn't implement this important thing properly in their product. The product itself is fine, but there is no hole in my wall due to the instructions. Update: I raised the rating from the original 1 star to 4 because the company did the right thing very quickly and got my money back. . And the devices themselves are fine; Installation (if you have the right hole size!) is a breeze. However, make sure your template fits the size of your device.
