They are always honest with you about your campaigns and make sure they work for you. There is never any pushiness from them. I've had several other agencies over the years, but this one has stood out as being extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also have really good follow up. Sometimes it's hard to get a hold of someone when there isn't an email address or phone number listed in their profile. This can be frustrating if you're having issues. Do your research before selecting an agency. Also, don't be afraid to ask lots of questions! We are getting great results and we wouldn't be where we are without Synapse.
