I like how it allows me to track my progress from start-to finish in one place. It seems pretty easy once your used too (as long as you know what questions are needed). The only thing is there isn't any reports or way if could export specific data points out into other formats such excel or rpts etc.. so not much to dislike but just wish they had more options at our disposal when exporting/creating new ones would be nice! We have been able help keep costs down by creating invoices with different stages completed which then shows up automatically via email upon completion allowing us to send billings without needing double workflows set up between internal teams.
