Very cute fireplace

I love this fireplace. Gives me the warmth I need. Looks great. I love the remote control. After 2 weeks of intensive use, I noticed a crackling sound coming from the flame. I gave him a nudge from both sides and he stopped. I hope this is settled. Otherwise I love the fireplace
