This is especially true for Chinese-made goods that do not have warranty services in 2022. And the second. Carefully check the warranty period of the product. Because during this period you would be able to try to solve the problem. For example, I simply did not expect that a 1-month warranty could be installed for such a technically complex product as a smart watch. Especially when a week remains from the moment of breakdown until the end of the warranty period and it is not clear where to turn.

Since more than 15 days have passed from the date of receipt, aliexpress has eliminated the problem and only gave the seller's contacts, who, of course, does not pick up the phone, does not answer e-mail. The watch has a 1 month warranty! Be careful. Thus, at the moment there are 3 days of the warranty period left, on the hands of a broken watch, the warranty service of which no one is going to provide. The seller is a certain individual entrepreneur who does not have offline points of sale, physical and legal addresses in apartments in Hong Kong and Hong Kong. So in this case, the only solutions are: sending a claim by registered mail to the legal address of the seller and then contacting Rospotrebnadzor, which, in fact, is now being considered. Here's a Christmas present for my niece.
