I bought this pillow about a month ago to sleep under my knees. I had lower back issues this morning and was told that sleeping with a pillow under my knees might help. I looked at several different pillow options for this purpose and settled on this one and I'm glad I did. It is very comfortable and perfect for my needs. After using it for a few days I woke up with no lower back pain. It's just the right height for me and doesn't bother me at all while sleeping. I wanted to wait until I did my review to see if it's deflated a bit but it's held its shape well. Definitely a good buy for me. I also liked that the company stayed in touch with me regarding the pillow care and let them know of any issues. They send very good emails about it which have been helpful.
