I got 4 x 12,000 pages for $60 toner. There are definitely some issues with the toner. Large print jobs (more than 500 pages) often have toner/drum problems. There is no paper jam, but the printer prompts me to remove the toner, slide the green switch on the toner a couple of times (this seems to get the extra toner out of the way). Even after cleaning, dark vertical streaks may remain on the page. However, at $15 per toner, I'm still happy with the purchase.
