This is a lot better than the dual molex solution I own - it's a lot less hassle and a lot safer. My dual molex cable also proved to be of much lower quality - its pins are ridiculously easy to disconnect from their molex sockets. (Of course, you'll need a 6-pin PCI-E power cable connector for this.) It doubles as a power strip, considering it's a 6+2 solution. My Sapphire ATI Radeon 3850 AGP uses an 8-pin PCI-E connector. I use this and this here and now and bought another in that order. Such StarTech products are of very high quality.
