Review on Enhanced Performance and Durability with the New Star Commercial Kitchen Sheet by Jason Yancy

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Quality is the real issue here

This is the second time we have bought this particular rack. Both lived less than 2 months. I defiantly challenge the 75 pound weight limit. As you can see in the photo, the pallet holders are curved. The first block collapsed completely and the rails broke off. I don't think we've ever bet £75 in a row. As you can see in the third photo I believe this is a manufacturing defect. Despite correct adjustment and tightening the screw as much as possible, I believe that the screws are loosened by the weight adjustment. Again and again. If they sent Loctite, lock washers etc it would greatly change this rating. The reason the rails bend is because as soon as they become skewed, the weight of the trays is placed on the ends of the rails and they bend. If they design this thing's bolts/screws to stay tight with regular rolling, it would be a food truck just considering the heavy weight. How I wasted my money (If you're asking why I bought it a second time, it's because they had a brand new, cosmetically damaged unit on sale that I couldn't pass up.
