Cheap plastic internals
The inner plastic used to attach the vent collar lasted about two weeks. I took it from my car to a rental and then back to my car. Now it can't be tightened enough to attach it to my vent. If you try to tighten it, you'll hear it slip in and loosen. The screw mechanism inside is not strong enough. The magnet and charging work well but if it can't stay in place then I don't need it.
