More like a bike rack for three bikes
Looks good, easy to assemble. You need tools no matter what the description says. The crescent wrench and ratchet work great. The rack is definitely too narrow for 4 bikes and not for 3 after some adjustment of the wide handlebar mountain bike racks. Although I like it, the bikes don't lift off the ground.
